Common questions
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly services are month to month. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, and keep everything that's yours: your domain, your content and your email. See our cancellation and refund terms.
What does the website donation cover?
Design, building and launching your site, plus ongoing hosting, SSL, backups, changes on request through your client portal, Google Business Profile setup, and email review requests. We agree on the amount before we start, based on the size of your project, and you give it directly to Majesty International.
Do I need a Risen website to use the monthly services?
No. Business email, review requests and blog posts all work on their own. Email review requests are free only when we also run your website.
Can you move my existing email?
Yes. Setup and moving your existing mail are included. We set up the DNS records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) so your messages land in the inbox, and help you connect your phone and computer.
What's the difference between Basic and Advanced blog posts?
Advanced publishes twice as often, a post every week instead of every other week, and each post draws on 15 reputable sources instead of 5, so it's more thorough and more likely to be cited.
Why charge for texting?
Text messages cost money to send and require carrier registration. The $35 plan covers that, and texts tend to get more reviews than email alone.
